Here are two practices to help prepare for the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on Tuesday, July 16th.

I am so excited to see you all! This will be my first day back to teaching after my trip to visit family.

The first is a Pranayam given by my teacher Paramatma Siri Sadhana and I have found it extremely cleansing.

You can practice 1-3 min on each side. I have been doing 1.5 min on each side everyday.

The second is a meditation to connect with your own flow, your pulse. To calm and center your self in your own internal truth.

Start with 1 or as many as you are able and then build to 108 over the 108 days. It is a flowing exercise, there are not pauses and holds. Just a fluid movement. Check out my instagram post or the Invincible Hall instagram for a video demonstration.

Saturn Meditation

Patience Pays

Bundle Kriya

Posture: Lie on your back, (on a padded surface) heels together, arms by your sides. Tense

your body as if your legs were tied together and your arms were bound to your torso.

Movement: Thrust one side of the body up and begin to flip yourself over and over. Keep your

arms and legs locked. The initial motion is generated from the pelvis; once created the

momentum is easier to sustain. Roll in both directions.

Focus: Eyes are closed.

Breath: Breathe in a natural rhythm.

End: Inhale deeply and relax on your back. Circulate the energy.

Time: Start at your comfort level and increase over time.

Comments: This asana balances the electromagnetic system and relaxes the nervous

system, allowing it to discharge stress. It will help to activate meridian points on the body and

works on the metabolic system. Practicing bundle roll on a consistent basis has been known to

promote weight loss.

Pattern, Projection, Personality

"There are two parts of your body that are undeveloped: the upper palate in the mouth and the frontal lobe. The upper palate has eighty-four meridian points. The thalamus and the hypothalamus are on top of it. That controls your personality in terms of your automatic habits. And that can be organized, developed and set. The frontal lobe is where your personality is manufactured every day for day-to-day work. The total personality comes out of it."       - Yogi Bhajan


On Wednesday, 1/31, we will experience a Full Blue Moon Lunar Eclipse in Leo at 5:27am PST.  Full Moons are times of abundance and power and Lunar Eclipses are times for transforming patterns and habits.    We will use this magnetic cosmic echo to build strength in our hearts and release deep-seated stress from our body, mind and soul.  Let's build a victorious personality with "courage in you, no matter what!" Giving you the chance to relax and just be you.

This is a year of self-mastery. We can access a portal to self-mastery through mantra, the sacred sound current. When we chant mantra we stimulate the 84 meridian points on the upper palette.  When these meridians are stimulated we are able to generate, organize and deliver new thoughts patterns to the thalamus and hypothalamus,  changing the way we create habits. 

Our meditation this week works with our patterns, projections and personality.  It continues our focus on self-hypnosis and learning to direct our minds toward higher quality thoughts. An increase in the quality of our thoughts has a direct correlation to an increase in the quality of our experiences we attract.

Winter Solstice Sadhana: Purity, Reality, Grace and Space

Winter Solstice is a portal of subtle and profound inward energy. The Winter Solstice, marking the onset of winter, is an astronomical phenomenon marking the day with the shortest period of daylight and the longest night of the year. It is also marks the end of darkness and the beginning of increasing light.

Meditation to Remove Haunting Thoughts: 10 Steps to Peace

In every question (Gu) there is an answer (Roo). Whaa is that infinite that encompasses both.

To clear away old patterns of grief and fear, practice this kriya. In yogic tradition, it is said that this meditation successfully removes unsettling thoughts from the past that surface into the present; that it can take difficult situations in the present and release them into the hands of Infinity; that this can be done in just 40 seconds and it really works!

Posture: Sit comfortably.

Eyes: Lower the eyelids until the eyes are only open 1/10th.Concentrate on the tip of the nose.

Mantra: In this process, you will be silently, mentally chanting Wahe Guru. On "Wa" mentally focus on the right eye. On "He" mentally focus on the left eye. On "Guru" mentally focus on the tip of the nose.

Wahe is a statement of awe and ecstasy. Guru is the one who brings us from darkness to light. Wahe Guru is an expression of complete ecstatic awe of the Divine.

Focus and Breath:

Inhale, exhale and mentally repeat Wahe Guru.

Inhale and bring to mind the encounter or incident which happened to you.

Exhale and mentally repeat Wahe Guru.

Inhale. Visualize and relive the actual feeling of the encounter.

Exhale and again mentally repeat Wahe Guru.

Inhale and reverse roles in the encounter you are remembering. Become the other person and experience their perspective.

Exhale and mentally repeat Wahe Guru.

Inhale. Forgive the other person and forgive yourself.

Exhale and mentally repeat Wahe Guru.

Inhale. Let go of the incident and release it into the Universe.

Future Present: Linking the heart and the Halo

The soul is touched through the access point of the heart.  The arcline, it is our halo - earlobe to earlobe,  is connected to our sense of direction in life – our purpose and destiny. It is connected to intuition.  People with strong auras and arc lines are often very heart centered.  Through the arcline we intuit our future selves – who we wish to become.  We bring the future present though a strong vibrant arcline. With a strong and connected heart we create the actions to move is toward that future.  A strong arcline protects us and allows us to project.

The Mangala Charan Mantra (Aad Guray Nameh)  is a very powerful mantra used for protection, to gain clarity, and to receive guidance from one’s highest Self. 

“When you cannot be protected, this mantra shall protect you. When things stop, and won’t move, this makes them move in your direction.” – Yogi Bhajan

This mantra creates a protective field of energy around the person chanting, attracting abundance to them helping them live out their destiny.  Mangala Charan is the first magnetic touch, a vibratory touch of the soul and the Infinity.
