Here are two practices to help prepare for the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on Tuesday, July 16th.
I am so excited to see you all! This will be my first day back to teaching after my trip to visit family.
The first is a Pranayam given by my teacher Paramatma Siri Sadhana and I have found it extremely cleansing.
You can practice 1-3 min on each side. I have been doing 1.5 min on each side everyday.
The second is a meditation to connect with your own flow, your pulse. To calm and center your self in your own internal truth.
